With over 35 years of living and working abroad, GS. Truong Quang has summarized many valuable experiences on human resource training for development in countries around the world.
Managing and operating businesses so effectively in the context of the global economic crisis is one of the most difficult and urgent tasks that managers are facing. The current operating environment of the enterprise has many changes compared to previous years such as the globalization economy, the application of science and high technology to production and management, the strong development of information technology and e-commerce, competition increases and there are many changes ... This requires managers to analyze which factors affect each country, business, and individual, thereby giving their businesses a strategy of business maintenance and development.
Economic crisis and rapid change of the market also requires enterprises to have quick thinking and method of operation to adapt. In addition, for sustainable development, businesses need to set a goal and appropriate development strategies based on analyzing the market demand, availability and potential of businesses, in which the current human resource analysis and development capacity should be emphasized.
Human resource management policies should focus on tools: encouragement, benefit sharing, etc. in order to maintain and develop human resources for the development of the company in a sustainable manner.
