EQUIPMENT ACCEPTANCE AND HANDOVER FOR TOURIST PROJECT

On Feb 28th, members of Board of Acceptance and Handover checked the equipment for the “Competence Center for the Development of Sustainable Tourism and Innovative Financial Management Strategies to Increase the Positive Impact of Local Tourism in Thailand and Vietnam” project (TOURIST*) at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (USSH VNU).
 

The acceptance took place at Room D102, USSH, with members of the Acceptance Board including Dr Phan Thanh Dinh-Vice President, Dr Pham Thanh Duy, Head of General Administration Department, Dr. Tran Anh Tien - Head of Science Management and External Relations Department, Dr. Tran Dinh Lam - Director of Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies, Ho Quang Vien M.A.- Head of Finance and Planning Department, Nguyen Van Sinh M.A. - Head of Equipment Management Department, Duong Van Tu M.A.- Deputy Head of Finance and Planning Department, Ho Quang Trinh M.A.-Vice President of USSH’s Labor Union, M.A. Nguyen Vo Hoang Mai - Deputy Head of Equipment Management Department, and  Bui Tran Vinh Thai M.A.- Deputy Head of Equipment Management Department.

The Acceptance Board looked over all equipment by category sponsored by FH JOANNEUM University (The republic of Austria).

After the checking process, the Acceptance Board evaluated that the equipment was in good condition and in accordance with the project description regarding its number as well as technical specifications. The Board also accepted the equipment to come into use.

TOURIST* is funded by the Erasmus+, European Commission and coordinated by FH JOANNEUM University (The Republic of Austria) with a goal to increase the positive impact of local tourism in Thailand and Vietnam. VNUHCM USSH is one of the partner universities of TOURIST.
