CVSEAS PRESENTS BOOKS TO FH. JOANNEUM UNIVERSITY’S LIBRARY IN AUSTRIA
, 13/03/2018 17:03On February 27, 2018, a workshop on Sustainable Tourism Development was held at the FH Joanneum University, Graz (Austria). It is part of the project “Competence centers for the development of sustainable tourism and innovative financial management strategies to increase the positive impact of local tourism in Thailand and Vietnam” funded by the European Union (EU). Attending the workshop, Dr. Tran Dinh Lam had a meeting with professors and lecturers of FH Joanneum University, and he presented books to its library.
FH Joanneum University, founded in 1995, consists of 3 campuses. Its headquarters is located in Graz, whereas the other two campuses are in Kapfenberg and Bad Gleichenberg. As one of the largest applied science universities in Austria, it has about 4,000 students and about 578 staff members. FH Joanneum University offers 45 programs in various fields, including business, technology, design, communications, architecture, health, and social services. These programs are practice-oriented, project-based, and interdisciplinary.
The University’s teaching goals and practical experiments aim to bring the best results to students’ learning and provide them with comprehensible knowledge and essential skills.
