VĂN HÓA ỨNG XỬ VÀ KỸ NĂNG GIAO TIẾP TRONG DOANH NGHIỆP THỜI KỲ HỘI NHẬP
Thứ tư, 04/11/2009 15:11Ngày 22/10/2009 vừa qua, Trung tâm Nghiên cứu Việt Nam và Đông Nam Á (TTNCVN&ĐNA) đã tổ chức buổi nói chuyện đề tài: “Văn hóa ứng xử và kỹ năng giao tiếp trong doanh nghiệp thời kỳ hội nhập” với sự tham gia của diễn giả Thế Hùng, Tiến sĩ Mỹ học, Giám đốc chương trình nghệ thuật, Trung tâm nghiên cứu Văn hóa Quốc tế, ĐH Quốc gia Hà Nội.
0In his talk, Dr. The Hung expressed the necessity and the importance of skills, culture on behavior in daily life. The former taught:" eating gives us energy, living gives us mind, diplomacy gives us cause", which shows that the culture of behavior is extremely important and is tips for every success. Culture is the basis and stimulus of the social development. The Sociologists drew a conclusion that everybody's success in any field 15% depends on the professional knowledge, 85% on skills and communicative culture with others. The doctor emphasized the importance of communicative culture in the enterprises, the importance of customers, the attitude of the enterprises in customer service, arts of employing, figurative language, etc. "Culture of behavior should be seen from four angles of people: Relation with nature - Height; Relation with society - width; self relation - depth; relation with ancestors and the following generations - history."
The talk attracted the participation of enterprises in and out the city as well as the students of University of Social Science and Humanities.
