Within the framework of V2WORK Project, the replication seminar is to provide necessary knowledge to empower students in initiating entrepreneurship ideas, changing the mindset of young generation on entrepreneurship and to provide a clear employment tendency of company in a globalized market. At the training, many experts claimed that entrepreneurship is now spreading to other social fields. At the same time, employer’s perspective is changing due to the influences of globalization. Given current progress, there will be more and more opportunities for students and graduates to find a job, develop themselves and especially, to start up their own business.

Speaking from her perspective, Assoc. She also reiterated “Entrepreneurship education is not about graduates running their business but it’s about them believing in themselves to continue developing their potential”.

Mr. Tran Van Lieng – CEO of Vietnam Cacao Joint Stock Company introduced to participants the study model KASH (Attitude, Skill, Knowledge, Habit) in which he placed emphasis on the habit to be the driving factor for working efficiency.
