SYMPOSIUM IN FAVOR OF INTELLECTUALS BY THE CEO OF TOP GLOBIS (JAPAN)

On the morning of October 29th, 2009, Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies successfully held a talk by Mr Kurimoto Mitsuharu - General director of Top Globis. A lot of participants from many enterprises, teachers and students took part in the talk.

Many elements decide on the success of the enterprises. Among them human resources play the key role. The enterprises not only recruit the employees but also focus on training, increasing their abilitiy. With twelve years' experience in trading in Vietnam, Mr Kurimoto expressed some experiences in investment in Vietnam and the tips "in favor of intellectuals". To keep employees remaining with him, Mr Kurimoto spent a lot of his efforts travelling to the remote places of Japan to intervview and recruit the employees. Also, he advised Vietnamese enterprises how to employ the human resources effectively in order to support Vietnamese economy to develop more and more. In the company, he always tried to create a friendly environment to stimulate thier enthusiasm. Mr Kurimoto transferred the Japanese spirit and awareness to the audience.

After his talk, the enterprises put a lot of questions with different ideas. The enterprises also hoped to meet and exchange the management ability with him.
