A TALK TO STUDENTS AT SRINAKHARINVIROT UNIVERSITY, THAILAND

, 29/09/2014 14:09

Dr. Tran Dinh Lam met up with juniors and seniors of the Department of Vietnamese Language, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Srinakharinvirot University (Thailand) on the morning of September 16.

Also present at the meeting were Nguyen Thi Trang (MA), a lecturer in Vietnamese language and Dr. Nguyen Van Phuc, who took his MA course at the university and has now become a lecturer in Vietnamese. This university is given a lot of attention in training human resources for Thailand’s social development in the long run. Its students talked about good impressions when visiting HCMC and Hanoi and hoped to have chances to work in Vietnam.

Srinakharinvirot University is highly valued in terms of its policies and teaching facilities. It takes great care of teachers’ life and invests hotels for students’ internship. To make it more convenient for teachers to park their cars, the university has reconstructed its stadium into a parking lot, which would be built and operated by a construction company.

On this occasion, Dr. Tran Dinh Lam also visited the university’s library and presented two books: “Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises – The Way to Success” (Vietnam National University Publishing House) and “Intellectual Property Rights in Developing Countries” (Edited by Prof. Koji Domon – Waseda University, Japan; Prof. Simrit Kaur – University of Delhi, India; and Dr. Tran Dinh Lam).
