Korea Institute for National Unification was established in the 1970s, specialized in courses in social and economic model of North Korea and South Korea for the citizens to achieve more knowledge of the current situation. The Ministry has focused on the economic development, moving forward to the unification of the two countries after the agreement in non- force used is made.
