The program was co-organized by the Japanese Business Association and the Consulate General of Japan in HCMC to mark 40 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan. Vietnam is the first overseas country Kaientai band has chosen to have performances. This concert also aims at extending the Japanese’s gratitude towards Vietnamese people for enthusiastically raising funds and organizing a lot of charity activities to help victims of earthquakes and tsunamis. Moreover, the performance has the purpose of encouraging the Japanese living in Vietnam and introducing Japanese culture to Vietnamese people who have been, and will be, concerned with Japan.
