TRAINING PROGRAM FOR ALUE COMPANY IN VIETNAM
, 09/03/2015 10:03
Alue Company was established in 2003 with the goal of supplying human resources worldwide, training employees and providing consulting service on human resources for over 800 companies in Japan. So far it has offered training programs for more than 50,000 employees annually. Alue has been launching such programs in 5 countries: Japan, China, Indonesia, India and Vietnam. This was the third consecutive program subsequent to two previous ones (which were respectively held in June 2013 for Shinsei Bank and in April 2014 for businessmen of Teijin Corp.).
Tom Okumura and Hayato Iwana just came to Vietnam again to make preparations for their upcoming training program for Teijin employees in April 2015, which would be supported by the Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies (CVSEAS). According to Iwana, the Vietnam’s market has great potential for investment. Sharing this judgment, Teijin’s experts and businessmen, after participating in the earlier training program, appreciated the support provided by enterprises in Vietnam.
Human resources training programs offered by Alue are opening doors for Vietnamese labor and economy as it brings Japanese businessmen to Vietnam, who have gained support from CVSEAS in their field trips to Vietnamese companies with the aim of getting a better orientation toward their corporations’ business. Besides, such Japanese enterprises also create investment opportunities for domestic counterparts.
