However, he believes that for Vietnam to develop positively, there needs to be cooperation from multiple sides to support businesses and develop high-quality human resources.

He stated that Vietnamese businesses need to learn from foreign investment experiences, seek opportunities to expand ther businesses and learn successful lessons from other countries. This will enhance their ability to build and develop successful businesses. He hopes that Vietnamese trainees in Japan can learn useful experiences from Japanese companies and apply them to develop their own businesses. For example, trainees can learn how RAMEN companies operate to establish a chain of stores suitable for Vietnamese products. This is the most convenient way to learn directly from Japanese companies and acquire business capital for themselves.
