, 18/05/2016 14:05The Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies would like to announce the opportunity to participate in a workshop in Malaysia this summer.
Please read below information carefully before apply.
Title of the workshop: ASEAN Young Scholars Workshop
Place: University of Malaya, Malaysia 11-22 July.
Time: from 11 to 22, June 2016
Potential audience: MA/Ph.D. students, young academics, research staff, or independent researchers in the social sciences and humanities
How to apply: Please a 500-word essay explaining why you are interested in participating in this workshop. Your essay should be sent to carum@um.edu.my by 20 May, 2016. (application closed)
The workshop will be co-hosted by the Korean Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (KISEAS), the Center for ASEAN Regionalism University of Malaya, the Asia‐Europe Institute (AEI) and supported by the ASEAN‐ROK Cooperation Fund.
The expenses for air travel, local transportation, accommodations, meals, and registration fee will be covered by the organizers.
The workshop for the postgraduate students in ASEAN and Korea who major in Southeast Asian related topics.
