The purpose of this activity was to attract tourism and construct a travel experience based on exploring and reliving different cultural aspects of the region as well as to improve the livelihood of indigenous people.

During the discussion, lecturers, researchers, and students shared their own perspective on the tourism industry at Mekong Delta and throughout Vietnam at large. Concluding the workshop, Dr. Tran Dinh Lam emphasized the importance of human resource training to the development of sustainable tourism and expected participants to share what they’ve learnt to other people for the good of our nation.
