SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE: IMPACTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON FARMERS' LIVELIHOODS AND AGRICULTURAL LAND USE IN HAU GIANG PROVINCE: NEW CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
