EXCHANGE THE EXPERIENCES OF SUCCESS OF JAPANESE ENTERPRISES
, 09/09/2009 09:09On July 11th, 2009, Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies attended the exchange of experiences in success of Japanese enterprises on the occasion of founding the new office of Nhat-Viet Ltd. company (Ms Watanobe Eriko's Kimono garment company)
At the opening ceremony of the new office of Nhat-Viet Ltd. company attended many Japanese enterprises: Mr Kokura (adviser of companies and banners), Mr Kurimoto Mitsuharu (Director of Top Globis), Mr Kuraki (Director of Bridge System), Mr Inagaki (Sales manager of Sagawa),etc.
The content of the discussion mainly dealt with developing the human resources and enhancing cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Japan. In the context of the global economic crisis nowadays, Japaneses enterprises pay great attention to human resources. This is a decisive factor in the success of the enterprises. As a result, Japanese enterrprises hoped that they could cooperate with Vietnamese agencies in training human resources. Besides, it is necessary to enhance cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Japan. Mr Kokura is playing the role of an adviser for Japanese companies and he is in charge of introducing Japanese banners to Vietnam. He has attended many exchanges between Vietnam and Japan and he expects more in order to understand more cultures between the two countries. Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies hopes to organize more operations on cultural exchanges between the University and Japanese enterprises in the future.
