WORKSHOP: JAPANESE BUSINESS CULTURE

On July 24, 2010, Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies coordinated with the Vietnamese Students in Japan (Betonamujin Community) to hold a workshop: Japanese Business Culture with the participation of more than 60 students, businesses, etc.
Mr. Masahiro Nishida - Secretary General of the Japanese Business Association, as a speaker, provided a lot of useful information on Japanese business to Vietnamese students. The characteristics of Japanese culture such as the family companies, lifetime employment regime, the superior-subordinate relationship,etc. has supported the development of Japan today. The strengths of the Japanese companies is seriously the views of the current situation, teamwork spirit, production techniques, product quality and services. The Japanese trust and respect human capacity.
The Japanese enterprises investing in Vietnam meet with many difficulties. It's language barriers, culture, etc. However, Japanese firms appreciate the proper staff HO-REN-SO (Report - Contact - Comment). According to the statistics, when working at Japanese companies in Vietnam, one must necessarily have a real force, capability of thinking, the ability to group work. Understanding these rules, the students can easily work favorably in Japanese companies.
