DISCUSSION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF E-COMMERCE IN VIETNAM
, 16/07/2018 17:07On June, 26, 2018, Dr. Tran Dinh Lam, Director of the Center of Vietnam and Southeast Asian Studies, had a brief discussion on the development of E-commerce in Vietnam with Ms Fumi Nishi - Executive Officer and Oversea Business Office Manager of OZVision Inc, and Mr. Segawa So - CEO of the Pascalia Asian Vietnam company.
During the discussion, Dr. Tran Dinh Lam shared some of his knowledge of E-commerce conditions in Vietnam, its popularity development pattern. He also believed that it is the right time for Hapitas website - a product of OZVision - expansion into Vietnam E-Market given the increase in online shopping number of Vietnamese people.
	
	
	Hapitas is a point-shopping site where customer accumulates points during online shopping. Points can be used to exchange for gift certificates or cash. Right now, Hapitas is exclusive in Japan with around 1.8 million users, according to OZVision site operator.
