The program promised to create a playground for the youth to develop their capabilities and take advantage of the inherent values of locality, aiming to develop the economy, strengthen and spread the spirit of entrepreneurship among students in the whole country.
The program introduced 4 workshops on the opening day of the forum. In particular, Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem Kieu - Director of Go Co Village Community Tourism Cooperative gave a speech on “Rural Tourism Startup” with the success model of Go Co Cooperative. In her speech, Ms. Kieu gave students useful advice on the orientation in start-up. She stated that doing a startup project would be a very long journey, requiring plenty of different factors, hence, the youth should burn their idea with ambition, patience, and effort. She gave an example of Go Co Cooperative - a successful model based on three factors: first, focusing on the community; second, approaching conservation to preserve and promote the value of indigenous cultural heritage; and third, harmonious cooperating and sharing benefits among partners. She believed that to achieve that success students need to continuously improve themselves and invest in their knowledge, which help them in applying new ideas and startup models into life, contributing to the development of the social community.
