BUSINESS BRUNCH BETWEEN BUSINESS LEADERS AND FACULTY HEADS ABOUT V2WORK - CAREER DAY 2

On October 20th, 2020, the executive committee of project V2WORK had a business brunch with the business leaders and the faculty heads on planning the V2WORK - Career Day 2 in 2020.
The meeting had the participation of Dr. Tran Dinh Lam - Director of CVSEAS, Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong Mai - Dean of Faculty of Korean Studies, Dr. Bui Hai Dang - Dean of Faculty of International Relations, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Huy - Deputy Director of Department of General Administration, Dr. Nguyen Lam Vien - CEO of Vinamit Joint Stock Company and Mr. Tran Van Lieng - CEO of Vietnam Cacao Joint Stock Company.
Discussing Career Day 2, Dr. Bui Hai Dang, on behalf of the Faculty of International Relations, showed his agreement with the plan and would coordinate with the executive committee of project V2WORK to organize the Career Day 2. On the same note, Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong - Dean of Faculty of Korean Studies - stated that the Faculty would help CVSEAS in promoting the event to Korean business units and their students to raise the connection of the Career Day. The representative of two businesses, Dr. Nguyen Lam Vien and Mr. Tran Van Lieng expressed their agreement and support for the project activities and would attend Career Day 2. Mr. Tran Van Lieng said that Vinacacao would continue sponsoring their products, setting a booth and sharing their startup stories in the event.
Within the framework of project V2WORK in the third year, Career Day 2 will be organized at the end of 2020 with the cooperation of the executive committee of V2WORK project, Faculty of International Relations and Faculty of Korean Studies as well as the supporting of the business units and the line departments of USSH. At the end of the meeting, the business leaders expressed their appreciation for the practicality of the project and wished to have more opportunities to enhance the networking of the project and strengthen graduates’ employability.

The Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies is one of 13 implementing agencies of project V2WORK.
