THE ARTS OF LEADING ENTERPRISES

, 15/01/2010 10:01

On the afternoon of January 7th, 2010, Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies organized a workshop:” The Arts of Leading Enterprises” chaired by Mr Kurimoto Mitsuharu – director of Top Globis company. Attending the workshop were over 50 listeners representing companies and enterprises, lecturers and research students from universities.

According to Mr Kurimoto Mitsuharu, first of all, leaders of enterprises should know how to gather and appeal others to go with them. Leaders should have dreams. The more ardent the dreams are, the more people are attracted.

Leaders unnecessarily have high degrees. Mr Kurimoto Mitsuharu gave an example that Mr Honda only graduated from an elementary school, but he knew how to attract and use others’ talent. He knew how to design and collect ideas and collaboration from others through communication.

There should be bridge between leaders and staff. Leaders not only appeal and call but also understand others’ feeling, share and sympathize with others. Especially, leaders should love the laborers from the bottom of their heart. In Mr Kurimoto Mitsuharu’s opinion, finishing the work, leaders should integrate into the staff and there should not be any difference between the superior and the inferior.

With his oratory and the content full of useful and necessary information, the workshop made a deep impression on the listeners.
