Also present at the meeting were Tatsuya Niimi, an economic attaché, and Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh Nhu, an assistant of the Cultural Department of the Consulate General of Japan in HCMC.
ATTENDING CONFERENCE ON THE NORTHEAST IN INDIA'S LOOK EAST POLICY AT MANIPUR UNIVERSITY, INDIADr. Tran Dinh Lam attended a conference on the Northeast in India’s Look East Policy, which took place at the Manipur University (India) from 22-26 March and was jointly organized by the Manipur University, the Association of ASIA Scholars and the India Council of Social Science Research.
