HEIP – LINK PROJECT INTRODUCED IN KOREAHEIP – LINK PROJECT INTRODUCED IN KOREA

On the occasion of attending the International Symposium “Global Saemaul Forum 2013” held by the Yeungnam University (Korea), Dr. Tran Dinh Lam has had Ms. Kim Ji In help to hand out leaflets on the HEIP – LINK project to researchers from Korea, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, etc. who also participated in the conference.

Receiving the invitation of the Korean Institute for Unification Education, the Korean Ministry of Unification, Dr. Tran Dinh Lam had a talk in Seoul on July 03, 2013 after attending an international conference at the Yeungnam University.

Several professors in Khon Kaen, Thailand have just had a discussion with Dr. Tran Dinh Lam about the issues of HEIP – LINK project. This is a research project which has been being undertaken by the Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies together with many other countries in the world.

Dr. Tran Dinh Lam, Director of the Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies, had a meeting with Prof. Masumi Ishida from Josai International University (JIU), Japan, on the occasion of his business trip to Vietnam at the HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) on the afternoon of May 30, 2013.

Dr. Tran Dinh Lam, Director of the Center for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian Studies (CVSEAS), has just met with Dr. Julia Ha on the occasion of her business trip to the HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH). Taking this opportunity, Dr. Julia Ha has presented CVSEAS with her dissertation titled “Two worlds with one origin”, which compares Vietnamese women living in Vietnam with those living abroad.
